•Taoism says that one Yin and one Yang means Tao. Everything in the world is inseparable from yin and yang; the change of yin and yang on paper is therefore the spirit of calligraphy. Li Shaobai's states that the spirit of calligraphy is a dialectical unity of contradictions. After understanding and practice it daily, the mind is fixed, the movement is quiet and harmonious, the cultivation is formed, and the talent comes out.
